BlueVector AI is seeking a Solution Architect to join our growing team. You'll be a central architect in this role, bridging the gap between business objectives and technical possibilities. You'll collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to craft innovative GCP solutions that drive efficiency, optimize resources, and empower our clients to deliver impactful services. The SA will understand the GCP stack and the capabilities of the BlueVector AI SnapApp low-code tool and design solutions that leverage these features to meet the requirements of specific projects.

Responsibilities
- Bridge the gap between business objectives and technical possibilities, crafting innovative GCP solutions aligned with client vision
- Develop the full solution lifecycle, from designing the architecture to selecting technologies and validating the implementation
- Champion agile development methodologies, actively participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and code reviews
- Design and implement efficient database models (RDBMS, ERD) for optimal data management and analysis
- Embrace continuous learning, actively exploring new technologies within the GCP ecosystem and beyond
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Public Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or a similar role, with a demonstrated track record of success (in the public sector is a plus)
-Proven ability to lead discovery workshops for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements in complex public sector environments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
- An understanding of source-driven development including CI/CD techniques
- Database modeling experience (RDBMS, ERD)
- Data analytics experience using tools such as Looker, Power BI or Tableau
- Proficiency in Python programming for data management or ETL
