SnapApp was pivotal for the Michigan Department of Health & Human Services. Their manual processing systems were draining resources and making it more difficult to help their community. We built a custom SnapApp low code tool with a customized Document AI processor to automate data entry and improve accuracy, allowing MDHHS to provide more and improved service to their community.

The State of West Virginia Housing Development Fund was lost in a sea of backlogged applications and community members in need. Our tailored AI solution cut application processing time by over 30%. Not only did this allow people to get assistance in the first place, but it also improved the assistance quality through utility verification that made sure those in need were able to access comprehensive support.
Improving Access To Education
When tasked with distributing $600 million in childcare relief, the state of Missouri was stuck with outdated spreadsheets and slow processes.
