Emergency Rental Assistance 

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, Hamilton County faced a drastic increase in rental assistance and relief applications. The system they were using couldn’t process the rise in claims and as a result faced a backlog of backlog of 440 unprocessed claims.

We created a web application in Google AppEngine and offers the same functionality currently provided to State employees for search, filtering, editing, and upload functionality. In addition, the Solution provides improved ID searching and assignment capabilities, allowing users to repurpose unique ID numbers with more ease and confidence that the ID is truly available.A low-cost, advanced virtual agent to assist in answering frequently asked questions. Using our virtual agent, citizens can ask questions by either visiting the website and typing their questions into the chatbot or by calling into the existing Vital Records phone number. The agent is intuitive and can be updated whenever needed.

Vital Records
The Michigan Division for Vital Records and Health Statistics registers, preserves, and issues certified copies of vital records. This includes birth, death, fetal death, marriage, and divorce certificates for all events that occur in Michigan. Michigan needed a solution that assists in answering frequently asked questions by citizens to reduce number of calls routing to the call center.

We created a web application in Google AppEngine and offers the same functionality currently provided to State employees for search, filtering, editing, and upload functionality. Immunization Ordering Tool
The client needed to plan and manage COVID-19 vaccine allocations across the state. They needed a mobile application that would allow them to track the distributions by County and then by Distribution site and then provide notifications and reports to all stakeholders.

The state of Michigan was able to dig out of the inventory backlog caused by the prior process within three weeks.

The processing time of managing vaccine inventory allowed the state to distribute twice as many vaccines.

The app allowed the state to manage 2nd dose inventory twice as efficiently which allowed more 2nd doses to be given out on time.

Financial Transparency Website

Client lacked a centralized website that highlighted how the schools and districts throughout the state were utilizing their funding.
We utilized Looker to create thorough and robust dashboards that could be embedded into a WordPress website to really highlight how a school and school district utilize their funding (i.e budgeting and spending). This allowed us to feed in data from 1000+ schools and millions of dollars in funding to build these dashboards that could easily be navigating by the public.

We have built an AppSheet application to streamline the food distribution process. We chose AppSheet because it quickly automates business processes, improving efficiency, saving money and time. This application utilizes both artificial intelligence and machine learning to continually diagnose problems, and provide a solution. Artificial intelligence can predict automation requirements, and provide intelligent suggestions based on user intent. While machine learning builds preventive models based on historical data.
